1. Domestic Return & Refund Policy (Within India)
General Return Window
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery on eligible products.
If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, a return pickup fee of ₹40 – ₹90 will be charged (depending on courier/location).
Product-Specific Return Rules
Clutch Bags → No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Exception: If the item is wrong or damaged, you must provide a mandatory unboxing/unpacking video at the time of opening.
Only after verification will a replacement or refund be issued.
When Can You Return/Exchange Other Products?
Wrong or Damaged Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery.
An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory for verification.
Once confirmed, we arrange a free pickup and issue either a replacement or full refund.
Quality Issues / Manufacturing Defects
Report within 5 days of delivery.
Provide clear images/videos for verification.
Upon approval, we will issue a replacement or refund.
Changed Mind / Disliked Product
Accepted within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
A return fee of ₹40 – ₹90 will apply.
Exceptions (No Returns Accepted)
Used, damaged, or altered products (not due to shipping).
Missing accessories or parts.
Customized, personalized, or digital/downloadable items.
Items sold under final sale/discount clearance.
Clutch Bags (unless wrong/damaged with unboxing proof).
Refund Process (Domestic Orders)
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.
Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
Refund Modes:
Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method.
COD Orders → Refunded via bank transfer/UPI (valid details required).
👉 Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
2. International Return & Refund Policy (Outside India)
Currently, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for international orders.
All international sales are final.
Please check product details carefully before placing an order.
3. Cancellations
Before Processing/Shipping → Eligible for full refund.
After Processing/Shipping → Cancellation and refunds are not allowed.
If Sunehla Deal Cancels (e.g., stock unavailability, technical issues) → A full refund will be issued.
4. Legal Compliance
This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
