2. Eligibility & Account Use

2.1 Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction) to use our services. We do not knowingly serve minors.

2.2 Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Products & Services

3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive for accuracy, but product descriptions, prices, and images may contain minor errors. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

3.2 Availability
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities or cancel orders if stock is unavailable.

3.3 Clutch Bags
Clutch bags are non-returnable except in cases of wrong or damaged delivery, where a mandatory unboxing/unpacking video is required for verification.

4. Orders & Payments

4.1 Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion. An order confirmation email/SMS will be sent upon acceptance.

4.2 Payments
We accept secure online payments (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.) and Cash on Delivery (COD) at select pin codes. COD orders may include an extra fee (disclosed at checkout).

4.3 Cancellations

  • Before Processing/Shipping → Eligible for full refund.

  • After Processing/Shipping → Cancellations not allowed.

  • If we cancel due to stock issues or errors → Full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Domestic Orders

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders → Free shipping.

  • COD Orders → Shipping/handling charges apply.

5.2 International Orders

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated delivery: 7–18 business days (country dependent).

  • COD is not available for international orders.

  • Customs duties/taxes are customer’s responsibility.

5.3 Delays
We are not liable for delays due to courier issues, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Domestic Returns

  • Return window: 5 days from delivery (eligible items only).

  • Unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory for claims of damage/incorrect items.

  • Return shipping fee: ₹40–₹90 (except defective/damaged cases where pickup is free).

6.2 International Returns
No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted for international orders.

6.3 Refunds

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method.

  • COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer/UPI.

  • Refund timeline: 3–5 business days after approval.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (including logos, images, text, designs, product listings, and graphics) on our website is the property of Sunehla Deal or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from us or the respective rights holder.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Sunehla Deal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
