1. Domestic Shipping Policy (Within India)
Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at select locations. COD shipping/handling charges apply and will be shown at checkout. COD orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Return Charges: For eligible returns (except in case of wrong/defective/damaged products), a nominal fee of ₹40 – ₹90 will apply for return pickup.

We work with trusted courier partners, including:
Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, DTDC, Blue Dart, and the Shiprocket partner network.
Tracking & Notifications

Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent via email or SMS.

You can track your order through the courier’s website or your account on our site.
Damaged Packaging at Delivery
If your package appears tampered, pressed, torn, or damaged:

You may refuse the delivery, and
-
Clearly note the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip.
Delivery Issues
If your package shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

Please check with neighbors, building security, or common delivery points (gate, reception, mailbox, etc.).

If still not found, contact us immediately — we’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve it.
Address Modification

You may request a change in shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order.

After processing/dispatch, changes are not guaranteed.
2. International Shipping Policy
We proudly ship worldwide. Please review the following carefully before placing an international order.

Other Countries: 10–18 business days (depending on courier & customs clearance)

Payment & Shipping Charges

All international orders must be prepaid. COD is not available.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination & method chosen.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Import duties, VAT, or fees may be charged by your country’s customs.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fee.

Customers are responsible for paying any such charges at the time of delivery.

Refusal to pay may result in non-delivery, and refunds will not be issued.

Returns & Refunds (International Orders)

Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

3. Force Majeure Clause
We shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or pandemics.
