Domestic Shipping Policy (Within India)

At Sunehla Deal, we strive to deliver your orders across India quickly and securely. Please read the following policy for orders placed within India.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on your location and serviceability.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at select pin codes. Additional COD charges apply and are shown at checkout.

  • Return Charges: If applicable, a nominal return shipping fee of ₹40 – ₹90 may be charged for return pickups.

4. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email or phone via SMS. You can track your order using the courier’s tracking page or from your account on our website.

5. Damaged Packaging on Delivery

If the outer packaging appears tampered, pressed, torn, or damaged, you have the right to:

  • Refuse the delivery, and

  • Clearly note the issue on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip shown by the delivery agent.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members.

  2. Inspect near your delivery area (gate, mailbox, security, etc.).

  3. If the order is still not located, contact us immediately, and we’ll coordinate with the courier.

7. Shipping Address Modification

You may request a change in shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order. After processing or dispatch, address changes are not guaranteed.

International Shipping Policy

We’re proud to serve customers worldwide. Here’s everything you need to know about placing and receiving international orders with Sunehla Deal.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • USA & UK: 7–10 business days

    • Other Countries: 10–18 business days (depending on destination and courier availability)

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by customs clearance or local courier delays.

2. Placing International Orders

  • International orders must be prepaid through the secure payment gateways provided at checkout.

  • Your order will be processed once payment is successfully received in our account.

  • We do not offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD) for international orders.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates for international orders are calculated based on your country and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • Your country’s customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or other fees at the time of delivery.

  • These fees are not included in the order price or shipping fee.

  • As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any such charges at the time of import.

  • Sunehla Deal is not liable for any customs clearance delays or fees.

6. Tracking & Notifications

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. International parcels can be tracked using the assigned courier’s tracking page.

7. Returns & Refunds for International Orders

  • Currently, returns and exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

  • All international sales are final.

  • Please review your order carefully before placing it.
