1. Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible products within India. If the return is not due to a defect or error on our part, a nominal return fee of ₹40 – ₹90 will be applied to cover processing costs.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

a. Wrong or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear images or videos of the issue for verification.

  • Once confirmed, we will initiate a free return pickup and offer a replacement or full refund.

b. Quality Issues / Manufacturing Defects

  • If the product has a visible manufacturing defect, contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • Submit relevant images/videos and details for review.

  • Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund.

c. Changed Mind / Disliked Product

  • If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you changed your mind, we accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

  • A return shipping fee of ₹40 – ₹90 will apply.

3. International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

4. Return Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny returns under the following conditions:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered (other than during shipping).

  • The product is missing parts or accessories.

  • The item is customized, personalized, or a digital/downloadable product.

  • The item was sold at a discount or marked as final sale.

5. Cancellation & Refund

a. Full Refund

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your order before it has been accepted or shipped.

b. No Cancellation or Refund

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.

c. Cancellation by Sunehla Deal

  • In rare cases, we may cancel your order due to availability or other issues. A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • The item must be in unused, undamaged, and original condition.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
